CAE LearningSpace Enterprise Update

The Learning and Assessment Center would like to make you aware that May 13, 2020 at 3:00 AM, there will be scheduled downtime for CAE LearningSpace until May 21, 2020.

The Enterprise update will provide updated features and overall improved user experience for LearningSpace. To ensure uptime and stability of the platform we are performing this upgrade on our infrastructure in conjunction with CAE during this week so that we can ensure a smooth transition.

During this maintenance window, The CAE LearningSpace platform at mls.lac.msu.edu may be inaccessible and we ask that you avoid logging into the system while we perform maintenance checks. All operations around the platform including reports and data entry will resume for all users immediately after the maintenance window.

While they should be non-existent or limited we will continue to track and troubleshoot any performance issues with CAE LearningSpace Enterprise; if you have issues using the system after the update window please contact Learning and Assessment Center IT staff immediately at COM.MLSELadmin@msu.edu.
